BrightFire’s Policy Service Center is designed to provide carrier contact information to existing insureds and showcase an agency’s carrier relationships. Our Policy Service Center supports over 1,000 of our nation’s most popular insurance carriers and provides links for bill pay, claims filing, and more.
This update provides an improved experience for both prospects visiting your agency website and current insureds using our insurance agency websites’ policy service center.
This update includes a number of improvements:
- Carrier logos in the scrolling animation on your home page are now clickable.
- Higher resolution carrier logos.
- Ability to adjust the order of carrier logos in scrolling carrier logo animations.
- Improved user experience on mobile devices for claims filing and bill pay information.
- Scrolling carrier logo animation has been updated to highlight each carrier briefly.
This Policy Service Center update is another example of BrightFire’s commitment to continuously improving our insurance agency websites and digital marketing services.
