Meet Molly Leonard, one of our newest additions to Team BrightFire! As a Content Coordinator, Molly curates blog posts, emails, social media posts, and website copy for BrightFire and our independent insurance agency customers, which helps improve SEO rankings, increase brand awareness, and generate fresh leads.
Molly brings over eight years of marketing experience as a copywriter, social media marketing specialist, and digital campaign manager to BrightFire. While her extensive experience in digital marketing strategy has allowed Molly to see content creation from a 40-foot-view, her true and original passion lies in the creative field. She’s very excited to bring her analytical knowledge and love for content creation to BrightFire and our customers.

What is your go-to karaoke song?
I’m an old soul, so my go-to karaoke song would be anything from the Beatles, Eagles, or ABBA.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
As an avid fan of “Outlander,” I would love to travel to Scotland one day.
What do you usually do when you have time off?
Typically, I most enjoy my time off at the deer lease with my fiancé, Ross. I also enjoy time at home with my friends, family, and fur babies, Murray (my fat and sassy British shorthair cat) and Gus (my unreasonably wrinkly Basset Hound puppy).
What’s your favorite movie, and why?
My favorite movie is To Kill a Mockingbird. I grew up watching this movie and have read the book many times. It has taught me fundamental truths about humanity, the importance of kindness toward all walks of life, and the importance of imparting these values to future generations.
What is your guilty food pleasure?
As a lifelong Texan, my guilty food pleasure is chips and queso with an ice-cold margarita!
